The Harwood team recognized they needed a better way to work together if they were going to create community change at a scale we all need. That's why they asked me to evolve the way they do business.

I asked Cory to help transform our internal systems and infrastructure to prepare us for growth. He implemented new procedures and technology that allowed us to automate and streamline our business functions. He also understands the importance of building new culture and habits within an organization. He has proven to be a one-stop shop for supporting our business strategy.
— Mike W., Fmr Executive Vice President, The Harwood Institute

I spearheaded the modernization of all business operations including systems upgrades from localized to cloud-based services, implementation of communication and project management tools, and automation of digital services – reducing overhead by more than 50% in all applicable budget categories with 0% downtime.
