The Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA), overseeing Pittsburgh International Airport and Allegheny County Airport, sought to implement Asana across roughly 17 teams, including HR, Engineering, IT, Legal, Operations, Communications, Planning, and Leadership. With over 200 employees new to Asana, ACAA needed a comprehensive change management solution to ensure a successful rollout.
