We launched Asana across over twenty teams at the Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) — which also manages Pittsburgh International Airport — by creating custom workflows, developing resources for managing strategic initiatives, and training their teams to make the most out of Asana. By leveraging workflows and projects that roll up into trackable portfolios and goals, we provided leadership with new ways of understanding progress, workload, and capacity. Our approach helped enhance collaboration, improve visibility, and clarify complex cross-departmental processes.
