Over the past decade, I've worked in technology and operations as a project manager, systems analyst, consultant, and trainer.

When I'm away from my computer, I'm either helping facilitate wellness retreats, off hiking, at the beach, playing volleyball, dancing to house music, or traveling with my partner.
