The Alumni Association of the University of Michigan (AAUM) sought to implement Asana for their Marketing and Programs teams through training and new streamlined workflows. Through our work together, we facilitated improved task tracking and enhanced team collaboration within more efficient custom workflows. This transformation resulted in significantly better coordination and productivity across departments.
