Inovautus Consulting, a marketing and consulting firm serving accounting and advisory firms, partnered with us to migrate off Teamwork and launch Asana for their Client Services team. We built 12 workflows covering client onboarding, content production, reviews, and reporting, and trained the full team using a train-the-trainers approach. The result: a scalable, independently operated system replacing the organic, manual processes they'd outgrown.
