Locust Street Group (LSG), a DC-based PR and public affairs firm, partnered with us to launch Asana across their Research & Insights, Paid Media, and Design teams. We built custom workflows for research project lifecycles, survey tracking, campaign management, and cross-team deliverable production giving each team a system built around how they actually work, backed by a governance framework designed to scale across the firm's broader communications practice. These changes are helping LSG replace manual status reporting with greater visibility between daily work and leadership.
