Penfield Children's Center, a Milwaukee-based nonprofit dedicated to early childhood education and developmental services, partnered with us to launch Asana from scratch across their Programs, Grants, Partnerships & Investments, IT, and Marketing teams. With no project management system in place and work tracked in spreadsheets prone to error, we established clear workflows for grant tracking, program management, ticketing, and partner management, co-building solutions with internal champions to reduce barriers to adoption.
