Race Forward, a social justice organization, partnered with us to relaunch Asana for their Programs, Communications, Tech, Finance, HR, Executive, and Fundraising teams. We provided tailored discovery, strategy, implementation, and training to enhance project management, time allocation, and team metrics. This collaboration broke down silos, created interconnected workflows, and optimized operations for impactful racial equity initiatives.
