Builders Capital, a private construction lender, partnered with us to redesign their Special Assets Group's Asana architecture — replacing a fragmented task-based structure with a purpose-built system for managing hundreds of non-performing loans through branching lifecycle stages including foreclosure, reinstatement, and ownership transitions. Following an on-site discovery, we built workflows for loan lifecycle management, whiteboard agendas, capital approvals, and investor reporting, giving the team clear visibility and oversight across their portfolio.
