The University of Georgia's Auxiliary Services department overseeing campus dining, transportation, retail, and recreation, partnered with us to launch Asana for their Marketing and Communications team — consolidating requests and project work that had been scattered across TeamDynamix, email, and manual coordination. We designed workflows for content production, events, campaigns, digital and print asset production, press releases, social media, and ticketing to give the team a structured, shared system for managing their work.
