Beyond Type 1 partnered with us to build an organization-wide Asana architecture spanning Operations, Programs, Development, and Marketing. We designed workflows for grants and sponsorships management from initial identification through award, deliverables, and reporting, integrated Salesforce to sync custom fields and cut manual data entry, and established a cascading OKR structure linking mission down to individual goals. The result: a unified, cross-functional system that let each team keep its autonomy while working toward the same organizational goals.
