Insignia Systems, a Minneapolis-based provider of in-store and digital marketing solutions for CPG brands, partnered with us to consolidate Smartsheet, MS Teams, and an ad-hoc Asana setup into a unified system across their Studio, Execution, PSM, and Sales/Account Management teams. We designed and built workflows for design production, proofing, production tracking, and client project management, then delivered training across all four teams of approximately 30 people.
