Key Impact Consulting, a consulting firm managing federal housing programs across HUD, Veterans Affairs, and communities nationwide, partnered with us to build an Asana system from scratch — moving from notebooks and post-it notes to a complete setup spanning opportunity pipeline, contracting, and active project delivery. We designed seven workflows covering proposals, contracting, meeting notes, travel coordination, and SOPs, and delivered hands-on sessions to ensure confident, fully independent use.
