We injected efficiency into fundraising workflows to boost a healthcare leader’s impact.

city of hope — duarte, ca

City of Hope, a leader in cancer research, wanted a partner to help implement their first organization-wide project management tool – Asana. We started by helping their Development and Events teams execute complex campaigns and streamline their workflows; and later expanded to other interconnected departments. This transformation allowed City of Hope's philanthropy teams to reduce duplicative work and have more time to focus on what they do best to support their broader mission.
