Enjoy Co is Portland’s most innovative precision hair studio. We created a more inclusive service model that sidesteps gender norms in ways that are authentic and meaningful to the team. We developed a new commission model that balances living wages with profitability, talent retention, and service quality. And, we even helped open their new location on Portland's Central East Side.
